All orders placed Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Holidays are considered a weekend and no orders will be processed these days.

Order Processing and Dispatch

  1. Processing Time: It takes us 1 week to process your order. This includes verifying payment information, preparing the items, and packaging them for shipment.
  2. Dispatch Time: After processing, it takes 1 week to dispatch your order. This period involves coordinating with our shipping partners and arranging for the pickup and delivery of your package.

Please note that these times are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

If for some reason, any of the products selected are out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card authorization, Swedish Candy Store will contact directly with you.

Swedish Candy Store uses UPS or DHL for all deliveries.

Regarding packaging, each candy type is packaged individual bags that are sealed to guarantee optimal taste and quality.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Swedish Candy Store, you are responsible for both the original shipping costs incurred and the cost of returning the package to us.
