How Our Processes Work

1. Select Products from Our Wholesale Catalog

2. Order Inquiry and Weight Calculation

After receiving your order inquiry, we will calculate the total weight of your order.
We will then contact UPS to obtain a shipping price quote based on the order’s weight and destination.

3. Presentation of Final Order Price

Once the shipping quote is received, we will present the final price of your order via email, including all costs.

4. Payment Options and Order Confirmation

If you wish to proceed, we will send you a payment link to pay with a credit or debit card through Stripe, our payment provider.
Alternatively, we can arrange for PayPal or direct bank transfer if preferred.

5. Order Processing Begins

1-2 Weeks: Purchase and Preparation for UPS Drop Off

Orders are prepared, packed, and labeled according to UPS standards.
Once completed, packages are dropped off at the nearest UPS facility for further processing.

1 Week: UPS Prepares the Package for Flight

UPS handles sorting, inspecting, and routing the package for shipment.
Once ready, the package is prepared for the next available flight and international shipping.
